Importing Files
Option A - Local Site
1. Copy the file(s) via draging between local folders or using Windows Explorer to the appropriate destination folder within your local site folder.
Note: If you do not know your local site's "real" folder, you can choose the "Edit" button to edit your site. The wizard will show you or let you change your local site "root" folder.
2. Back in Dreamweaver, open the Files tab to display your site's files. Press the F5 key or click the refresh icon. Confirm you have the new file(s) in the expected folder.
Option B - Drag and Drop from Local Folder into Site
1. Open on your local computer the folder containing the file(s) to be imported.
2. Back in Dreamweaver, open the Files tab to display your site's files.
3. Position/resize Dreamweaver's window with the Files/Sites content and the folder window (from step 1) so that both can be seen.
4. Drag the image from the folder on the appropriate folder within your Site in Dreamweaver.
